About Us : Being technical college placement cell we are highly emphasize on placing our diploma students by keeping in touch with reputed firms and industrial establishments. The Placement Cell operates round the year to facilitate contacts between companies and graduates. The T&P cell plays a pivotal role in counselling and guiding the students to prepare for their successful career ahead. This cell is a crucial interface between the stages of completion of academic program of the students and their formal entry into suitable employment. Other than this, we are hopeful of further improving our placement opportunities, activities and avenues in the near future while working in association with coming industry within Jharkhand region. The Training& Placement cell emphasizes extensively on the training aspect of the students right from the first year itself. We invite many reputed industries to visit the institute to conduct interviews and industry interactive session for better Knowledge sharing by the resource person about the industry working culture & also we conduct personality development session / workshop/ seminar and different kind of training programmes for our students.
We believe in Industry skill gap analysis : As per the industry current knowledge requirements we are more focussing on providing practical knowledge through different training modules online or off line.

• Our placement starts from September every year for each Academic Session.
• Student data collection.
• Invite various industries from pan India level either through email/ call or sometimes personal visit along with a attachment of invitation letter and student database.
• Continuous follow up with HR to finalize a campus drive date.
• The JD is made available to the students, along with any other information furnished by mails. The registered Students interested to sit for the said company are required to record their responses through modes desired by T & P.
• After getting confirmation about the date of drive we provide information about all the details related to drive to students by email/ whatsapp group/ faculty coordinator/ student coordinator for maximum participation.
• Placement process starts with PPT by HR following written test/ online test (if applicable/ GD/ personal Interview.
• After finishing of the drive company provide the offer letter or a confirmation email for selected students.
• The offered Students signs offer letter and a copy is forwarded to the company and need to submit a receiving copy of offer letter to T&P Cell
• The date of the placement drive may change from the company side due to the issue beyond their control.

• A student must have a minimum of 50% attendance in his/her classes.
• A student with more than 4 active backlogs will not be eligible for placements.
• A student should secure a minimum of 50 % his/her respective discipline in line with industry norms and requirements.
• There should not be any record of disciplinary action(s) initiated against the student.
• A student once offered placement will not be allowed to seek further placement unless 100% placement of the batch is obtained. If he or she is not getting placed in core branch further they will allow for any core company campus drive.
• .A student can voluntarily opt out from the campus placement process by signing the prescribed declaration form. All such students shall be considered as “Opted out from placement” for the purpose of records.
• An eligible student, who fails to attend two consecutive drives, will be debarred from further placements.
• No student is permitted to contact directly/indirectly to any company official participating in campus recruitment processes for any purpose whatsoever. Any student found indulging into such activities may face the consequence of getting debarred from further campus placement process.
• It is mandatory for all students appearing for any process of campus drive to come in formals. For boys, it is mandatory to be clean shaved
